This 5-week Yin Yang Yoga series will guide you on a journey through the elements, weaving movement, stillness, breathwork, and meditation into each session. The yang portion of the practice warms and energizes the body, building strength and flow. The yin portion offers deep stillness to nourish your tissues and calm the nervous system. Together, they create a holistic practice that leaves you rejuvenated, grounded, and ready to start your week with clarity and intention.
What you’ll experience:
Guided yin and yang practices connected to each element
Breathwork and meditation to restore focus and balance
Simple take-home reflections to integrate the weekly theme
